Synchronicity occurs when people, books, television shows, knowledge and discussions guide us to repositories of helpful information over and over until we realize we need them. It is more than coincidence but we often dismiss it as such. But the fact is that such coincidences happen to us again and again if we are open to them. The more we are connected with the world around us, the more often these coincidences happen. It is as if we are meant to develop our lives along certain paths. Most of us ignore such messages because we are focused on money, power and things. Are those the type of goals that we should be focused on? If one begins following his intuition – part of that inner voice that is connected to universal consciousness – one finds that our goals as a species must involve each other, our environment -both fauna and flora – the earth, our solar system, galaxy and the universe as a whole. It is all one and if we are going to be proper stewards of the earth the concept that we are a part of nature and not a ruler over nature must be realized. Look out there at all of the signals we are receiving as a species that this indeed is the case. Yet those who control wealth, governments and corporations continue to put out information supposedly backed by their experts that everything is alright. Synchronic events within our own lives, if we listen and more of us are, will lead us to conclusions that will in turn bring greater universal knowledge and spur movements that place mankind on paths that are much more viable and spiritual. One might ask why this renewed movement of spiritualism is occurring now. Well, mankind is ready to receive these types of messages. We are tired of the rhetoric that politicians, governments, corporations, and religion are giving. They do not jibe with what is happening to our world. Most of us know that we are on the threshold of crisis throughout the world. The worldview, that the government, church or corporations can protect us or intervene for us with God, employers and society as a whole has collapsed. In the past science attempted to fill the void but could only go so far as it focused mainly on material things, not what the higher meaning of human life might entail. In fact, that science was often used to protect the people who ran the economy – e.g. tobacco and oil companies. Economics said that creating things would bring us wealth but not that such wealth would be shared by the world unequally and lead to the destruction of natural resources, the air we breathe and the flora and fauna we share the earth with. Something that James Redfield said in his book “The Celestine Vision,” really sums up what is happening now. I quote him, “We can see then, how our perception of the synchronicity in our lives represents nothing less than a collective awakening from a secular worldview that has lasted for centuries. Now when we look out on modern existence with its technological marvels, we can see this world from a more revealing psychological vantage point.” Mankind as a whole is waking up to what can be done. Individuals are uniting in movements that will lead to a more spiritual vision of the world. Holding on to this vision is not easy but as more and more individuals look inside themselves for how they are connected to each other and the cosmos the vision will strengthen and science with new theories such as quantum physics will assist mankind in a quest to discover the real meaning of life and the truth about our consciousness and its connection with universal consciousness. The universe itself is intelligent and mankind is on the cusp of discovering just what that means.

Last night I was reading Deepak Chopra’s “The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire.” I noted a term that he used ‘Sychrodestiny’. He states that conscious intelligence or what I call universal consciousness give rise to everything and connects us all. We are a ripple in the cosmic consciousness of the universe as well as being the whole universe represented in a single human being. We are a part and the whole, a ripple and a tsunami or as he states part of an endless sea of consciousness. Your job is to let the universe within you unfold as it is meant to by relinquishing your need to control everything with your egoic mind. Chopra states that “You and I are the same and each of us is the infinite being projecting a particular point of view – your point of view and my point of view.” These points of view are all expressions of universal consciousness and give us a new reality that can be used to sync our human condition together in a synchrodestiny that acts in concert with universal consciouness or as Chopra puts it universal intelligence. We are inseperable from universal consciousness, the source of all reality as Chopra states. We create our own experience of universal consciousness if we let that consciousness have control instead of trying to control everything with our own egoic mind. Chopra says that mankind actually functions sychronistically, meaning that we are all connected to each other, to the earth, and to the universe. Everything is all one and although we create our own experience of the universal, meditation and focus on that inner voice within us – comprised of the energy of the universe – brings unbelieveable power to the human condition.
